This product is to coat the modified epoxy resin on insulating PMP foils in diamond shape. The material is mainly used for insulation between coils of medium and low voltage transformer lines, at the mold temperature 90 C, the foil can be bonded with the wire in 2 seconds; During winding process, the foil will protect the wired form any displacement, with the premises to guarantee the coils’ electrical properties and the mechanical properties. This environmental friendly product will increase the yield and the efficiency ,and decrease the production costs of coils, without any pollution.
